The product coded mg-3 3859, which I ordered from Vivense on 06.07.2024, was delivered to my address a month later, as per the procedure. When I checked the product sent, I saw that it was broken and I notified them via e-mail and started the process for them to get a refund. It was reported to me that the cargo officers would call me and direct me, but no one came even though nearly two months had passed. Since there was no response to my e-mails, I filed a complaint via the complaint. Thereupon, Minar operations manager Melike Çolak returned and said that the cargo company had stated that they were late due to lack of address (somehow, there was no such problem when bringing products to the same address) and that they would even send a shelf as an apology. As it was said, the product was purchased and a gift was sent, so far we have finally reached a conclusion, but whatever happened, happened later. After the product arrived, Vivense officials made a joke-like notification via e-mail, saying "We cannot receive returns because it has been 30 days." Even though they know very well that the delay was caused by the seller (Vevense, Minar or the contractor company) and that we were victimized! I mean, they are so professional that they sold us a shelf for 7 thousand lira (the cost of the seats they did not refund)! Send our money. A huge company, are you stuck with our money? It's a shame!
