I purchased the following product from N11.com through a store called Troya Technology;
Lenovo V14 G2 itl 82KA00ECTX i5-1135G7 8 GB 256 GB SSD 2 GB MX350 Free Dos 14" FHD Laptop

The product arrived, the touchpad was not working on the installation screen. I didn't mind that the warranty period was 2 months short, and the battery did not exceed 60%. We installed Windows 11 in it, but the touchpad could not be resolved despite phone support from Lenovo service and even remote connection. We installed Windows 10, but at that time I said I was a software developer and would use Linux as well, but they were not very interested. They advised me to install Windows 10. I installed it and got all the updates. I also got all the updates there through the Lenovo assistant, but it did not work.
I later returned the product as a consumer as it could cause me problems in the long run.
The fact that there are defects in the product I bought new and my return process is the most natural right of mine and this issue is stated by law.
The biggest reason why I bought from N11 is that there is N11 in between.
However, neither the store accepts returns nor N11 defends the consumer.
The store has been considering the return process as if it was not a natural process since the first day of the return request, and this has caused me to completely lose my trust in the product.
In other words, no one says, "You are right, we apologize for the misfortune you have experienced, the product works fine if you do a lot of operations in Windows 10, but if you do not want to be so tired and want to use it in Linux and Windows 11, it is obvious that you cannot use it, let's start the necessary return process."
I encountered a lot of problems with the new product. I'm not someone who doesn't understand computer technology, I spent years in that profession, but I'm treated like an idiot.
