İzmir Bornova Avcılar Effect KELEBEK MOBİLYA complaint. I bought two ikarus rocking chairs with cash payment from İzmir Bornova Avcılar effect KELEBEK MOBİLYA store on 12.08.2024. The product arrived on 05.10.2024, the transportation and installation team installed it in an amateur manner without any care. He cracked a part of one product and the bolt of the other product was lying loose. In addition, they never installed accessories such as plugs that hide the bolts and anti-slip tapes to prevent scratches on the floor. Even though it was on the product on display. (The craftsmen were warned while assembling, please do not force it if it does not work) On 06.10.2024, I took the products to the store with my personal vehicle and delivered them, and I told them that they could not be used in this way. The friend at the store told me that they would call the authorized person. What happened after this process is exactly like this: It has been 16 days since I returned the product to the store, they have not returned in any way, the store has been visited 3 times, they cannot answer, customer services (08508003487) have been called 5 times and they cannot answer the situation in any way. Now I ask Kelebek Mobilya officials why they victimize me in this way, even though I paid the price in advance when purchasing the product. I already waited 2 months to receive the product, and then it has been waiting in your store for 16 days. What are you trying to do? These are the grievances I experienced.
