Unfortunately, what I experienced regarding my order with order number 4006079075 dated 12.09.2024 from Camper, a global company, did not suit a well-established company like you. The shoes I ordered were two, one for me and one for my daughter. When I bought them online, they were in stock, so I bought them and paid for them. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy and order if they weren't in stock. When I called your customer service to find out why it had been 3 weeks and my order hadn't arrived, they said delivery was waiting. Anyway, I didn't mind because I thought the product would arrive because I placed the order while it was in stock. If it wasn't in stock, I wouldn't be able to place the order and pay for it. When I followed up as order tracking, they sent me a message that my order was canceled and the cancellation period was more than 15 days, and that they could not refund my credit card, which I paid without any problems, then they asked for an IBAN and I have not been able to get a refund for 40 days. It is obvious in your customer service records that I have called me at least 15 times. Believe me, it is very sad. I have had to write this message because I have not received any results for more than a month for an order from 12.09.2024 to 23.10.2024.
