Ziraat Bank cut the card fee even though I am a salary customer

Although I am a salary customer and I have a salary account in the bank, they reflected the card fee even though I had a contract that card costs will not be charged. When I informed the customer representative my complaint, they didn't even take me into consideration. They didn't solve the problem. I request that the card fee I paid be returned to me.
