Domestic Cargo did not deliver my cargo because I was at home even though I was at home

I questioned the cargo from the cargo tracking and seems to be delivered because I am not at home. However, I work from home and I am always at home during the day. My family was also at home. I called the customer service and directed me to the relevant branch. However, the branch did not even open the phone. I want the cargo to be delivered from Yurtiçi Kargo officials.
