Yataş did not deliver the product on the date he promised

I ordered Yataş from Baza, although they promised to deliver them on August 3, and they still haven't surrendered. When I called Yataş and asked, they said that he had not yet come out of his production and that he would come out of production a week later. They made us victims by doing so.
