I live in Rize Çayeli district. Since my own bank, Kuveyt Türk ATM, is not available in our district, I carry out my transactions with the ATM of Yapı Kredi Bank, with which it has a contract. At 00.03 on the night of September 3, I deposited 15,000 TL to Yapı Kredi Bank's ATM number 1040 92. Due to a power outage, the ATM sucked up my money. We reported this situation, but our request was rejected on the grounds that there was no surplus cash. We made a request once again, but it was rejected again. The fact that Yapı Kredi Bank has not resolved this situation for about 50 days has made me aggrieved. I would be happy if you make my voice heard.
