I wanted to move my company's corporate lines to a different address. When I called customer service, they said that this transaction would be done through the corporate branch. I went to the corporate branch and they told me to come back in 10 days because the relevant employee had Covid. I went again about 15 days later. Our employee said come back after 10 days of Covid. When I stated that they had said the same thing before, they said that this time we cannot do that action, you will have to do it through customer service. I called customer service again. This time they gave me a fax number and asked me to send the necessary documents there. However, although it has been about a week, there was no response to the fax. I could not move my corporate numbers to the new address.
