Vestel TV disgrace

I bought 165 screen TV from Vestel. 2 months after receiving the main card failure gave the device took away and then after a certain period of time this time the screen leds exploded again. Later, the TV started to freeze again and did not see the remote technical service again and I took videos of all of these faults. They told me that the TV did not update itself, the update was made again the screen began to open up on its own and started to enter different applications. In the meantime, I received zero TV for so much problems with the new one demanded the change with the new one. They make fun of them as if they gave me free. Now they say we don't have anything for the TV that remains in the workshop for 3 days. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone with a veste. Moreover, those who are in the solution center make a sarcastic speech with the customer instead of the solution. After the guarantee is over, I guess they will go to a service every 2 months and they apply such a way to make money for the service ... We have not been very victimized in the family.
