I bought a 165 screen TV from Vestel. 2 months after receiving it, the main board malfunctioned, they took the device away, then after a certain period of time, the display LEDs exploded and the service took it away again. Of course, in the meantime, the regional manager in the solution center, Ms. Then the TV started to freeze again and I could not see the remote control. The technical service came again and I took videos of all these malfunctions. They told me that the TV did not update itself. The update was done and the screen started to turn on and off by itself and access different applications. By the way, I requested that the TV I bought brand new be replaced with a new one because it was causing so many problems. The service personnel and the friends who called me from support told me arrogantly, saying that such things could be man-made, and that white goods are a bit of a matter of luck. They make fun of me as if they gave it to me for free. Now they say there is nothing to bring for the TV that stayed in the workshop for 3 days. I definitely do not recommend Veste to anyone. Moreover, those in the solution center get on your nerves by making sarcastic conversations with the customer instead of providing a solution. After the warranty expires, it will probably go to the service every 2 months and they resort to such a way to make money for the service... We have been victimized a lot, I have no peace in my family, I am very sorry for choosing this brand, they make fun of you as if the victimization is not enough.. do not buy, definitely do not buy anything from Vestel.
