Vatan Computer did not provide services within the scope of warranty

We got a computer from Vatan Bilgisayar. The product was within the warranty and we wanted it to be repaired. However, there were three to four days to the end of the warranty and they said they could not send the product to the authorized service during the period. 1 week passed and they said they could not grow the product. They officially tried to get payment from us by spent the warranty period.
