My Vans bag was robbed, the zipper was left in my hand

I bought a Vans brand backpack. My bag was robbed even though the large Vans sign written on the front of the backpack was brand new. It didn't look nice at all. I can't wear the bag anymore. Another problem is that the zipper remained in my hand. While I was opening the bag, the zipper came out of its slot and remained in my hand. I have difficulty opening and closing the bag.
