I opened a demand account. I tried to use mobile banking to check my account. However, I cannot enter mobile banking because it requested a phone number and card password. When I enter my phone number, it is said that you have entered the wrong or incomplete information. I cannot use the card from neither card password nor mobile banking password. I demand that this problem be solved.
