I Cannot Use VakıfBank Mobile Banking

I opened a checking account. I tried to use mobile banking to check my account. However, I cannot log in to mobile banking because it asks for my phone number and card password. When I enter my phone number, I am told that you have entered incorrect or incomplete information. I cannot access either my card password or my mobile banking password and I cannot use the card. I demand that this issue be resolved.
