Even though I was at home, it was not delivered because I was not at home.
The product I purchased was sent to me via UPS Türkiye. However, although there was always someone at home, it was not delivered because we were not at home. Customer service said they would come a second time, but never showed any interest. I will definitely never shop again from brands contracted...
