UFO does not provide warranty service

I bought UFO Honeywell brand cooler. It broke down after 3 months. It should be a 2 -year warranty by law. I called customer service. They told me that they wouldn't be interested in the end of their agreements with the Honeywell brand. Honeywella cannot be reached either. I can't officially use the product and I became a victim.
