TÜRK Telekom has not been coming for a week

I have a complaint with Türk Telekom. A week ago, my internet went out, a fault was reported, but no one came to fix the problem. I moved to the building next door. Since the malfunction problem is resolved, I decided to have it transferred. An appointment was set for October 23. Again no one came. I called again on October 24th. They filed a complaint under the name of appointment discrepancy. They responded within 1 hour and informed us that they had met with the unit that would perform the transplant and that the transplant would be carried out on October 25. But they didn't come again. I called again in the evening and was informed that my complaint had been removed and that I had been removed from the appointment order and list. I am disabled and my salary is low and I am undergoing dialysis. I took unpaid leave from my workplace for the transfer appointment, but it took 4 days because they didn't show up. It is difficult for me to support a family because I am 92 percent disabled and have dialysis 3 days a week. The internet is not a means of entertainment for me, but a source of income, and they have made me suffer greatly. If I request closure, they will make me suffer more with both the commitment compensation and the closure process period. I don't want to blame anyone, but I don't believe they haven't gone on an appointment for 4 days since Wednesday. Because if there is such a busy schedule, no appointment will be made for the next day. They gave it 2 times. Apparently, they let others into the queue upon request.
