Turkcell Doesn't Work in the City Center

I am a Turkcell Superbox subscriber. However, I cannot use it efficiently because it does not draw properly. I also use a Turkcell line on my phone, but it doesn't work either. I cannot use Turkcell efficiently in the city center. In the advertisements, they show that Turkcell has reception everywhere, including deserted places. However, it does not work in the city centre.
