Türk Telekom Internet does not work. It doesn't even open a fault record.

I have problems with internet access and the ping is very high. I called customer service many times and reported my complaint. However, they said they wouldn't get a fault record in a way I don't understand. They did not make a proper explanation. Although they constantly searched at first, they are not interested in our complaints after subscribing. When we reach the customer representative, it offers ineffective solutions such as opening your modem, offering cable connection. Moreover, when I want to cancel my subscription because the internet does not attract, they want a withdrawal price. I will never use Türk Telekom again.
