Turkish Airlines Customer Representatives are very insufficient

I had to have a lot of talks with Turkish Airlines customer service during the day. The reason I had to talk so much was that customer representatives were uneducated. In addition, customer representatives do not return. I'm always waiting, but the representative keeps me waiting. It is surprising that such a big company hosts an uneducated customer representative.
