I bought an iPhone 11 brand phone from Trendyol.
When I received the phone, it appeared to be brand new in the box, but when I opened it, there were scratches on the screen. I asked for the product to be replaced, they did not replace it. I was not at all satisfied with the service I received.

I bought a telescope and when I received the cargo from Trendyol, there was no lens.
