Teknosa has victimized by trying to sell products that are not in stock

I was going to buy a mobile phone from Teknosa. They said they would give a gift voucher in return for me to move my phone line to their own lines. I moved the line. In fact, my credit card was blocked as much as a discount on my credit card. However, then they tried to sell other products, with the excuse that the phone I wanted was not in stock. Although I accepted this situation and said that I canceled the line transport process, they tried to sell the phone that I did not want to threaten not to remove the block on the card. They still victimized me by not lifting the blocked block on my card.
