Solo Brand Paper Towel coming out dirty

When I opened the bag of the Solo brand paper towel I ordered from the Getir application, I saw that one of the rolls inside was dirty with something like muddy or bird poop. I was very surprised that the paper towel, which I preferred for hygienic purposes, turned out this way, especially from a closed bag and under pandemic conditions (I think this is a period when we need much more hygiene).
