We bought a sofa set from Izmir Balçova Asmaçatı Doğtaş store. After waiting for 50 days (believe me, the waiting time is not important at all, we are informed anyway), the sofa set that arrived was 3-seat and 2-seat single, all of them had torn fabrics, deformations on the arm edges, and wrong measurements on the subframes. The service kept a report and we went back to the store and bought a sofa set again, paying a difference of 1,000 TL. All the new sofas sent to our house are literally creaking, there is excess fabric and they are literally wrinkled! Such disgrace and such victimization cannot be allowed to happen, my friend. What kind of a company, what kind of a factory are they trying to come at me and cut out the bottom of the sofa in my house for a week and try to repair it? We are seriously fed up with this! The 2 sofa sets that came to my house were sent defective and no one compensated for the problem. Shame on me, I will complain to wherever necessary!
