I bought a Samsung refrigerator 3 and a half years ago, before the warranty expired, the refrigerator malfunctioned twice, after giving a service report, they told me that they would replace the refrigerator under warranty and give me a new refrigerator. They made us suffer for 3 months in the middle of summer and embarrassed us. They barely brought the new refrigerator in 3 months. They gave me a warranty for the new refrigerator they gave me. They did not make an extension and within a year and a half, the new refrigerator they gave broke down again. The service came twice and could not repair the refrigerator for a fee. They changed the gas and card and asked for 1750 TL, and as a result of the transaction, the refrigerator was damaged. They did not give any guarantee whether it would work or not. It is a company that wants 1750 TL from me, but they do not know as soon as the refrigerator is ready, so both of my refrigerators were destroyed due to the same fault.
