My Palette ® carpets, which I bought from Sakarya Çokal AVM, were sent to your factory due to pattern distortion and thread loss, but the seller said they could not do anything about it. Can a carpet that has been washed once be ruined? The carpet that I paid a lot of money for because of the brand name is ruined. There is no such nonsense.
