Do not use Rowenta vacuum cleaner

Ever since I bought a Rowenta vacuum cleaner, whatever I vacuum leaves hair on the carpet. I reported my complaint, we took it to the service and they suggested a different vacuum cleaner tip, they say they cannot find another solution. While vacuuming, the hose bends from the top, I have great regret.
