Reeder does not accept defective goods

I sent the Reeder P13 blue max Pro device, which I bought on 29.03.2022, to the service 5 times due to the problems of freezing and then turning off and on. Each time the software was updated and the device was sent back. However, a day or two after receiving the device, the device shut down each time and did not turn on again. After going to the service for the 5th time, they replaced the device with a brand new one. However, the same problems started again and this device has now been sent to service for the second time. There is a defective product and it has to go to service constantly. Their only solution is to update the software. And unfortunately, this is not the solution. The product I bought on March 29th was sent to the service for the 7th time in 6 months and the service does not do anything about it. I have been victimized by this company a lot, but the company still sends the defective product back, as if it were making up for it, just because the software was updated, and each time, the device turns off and does not turn on again after a day or two.
