Pollini shoes shoemaker's shoe was torn in 3 months. When I took it to Magaa, they took it to the factory. Although 1 month passed, the new shoe did not come. I waited for another month and when I went to the store and asked again, the shoes I returned was standing there. They said the factory has set it as a user error. How can a user error be in 3 months.
