Pollini Shoes Did Not Exchange or Refund Shoes

The leather of the shoes I bought from Pollini Shoes shoemaker ripped within 3 months. When I took it to the store, they bought it saying they would send it to the factory. Even though a month has passed, the new shoes have not arrived. I waited another month and when I went to the store and asked again, the shoe I returned was still there. They said the factory determined it was user error. How can there be user error in 3 months?
