Podium Carpet Washing Bursa Does Not Provide Invoice Receipts!

I delivered a total of 9 carpets and one roller to be washed on 13.10.2018. The carpets were delivered on 22.10.2018 at 19:00. Although it arrived late, there is a problem with 4 of the carpets and the blind due to insufficient washing. Even though I sent the photos to the company representative, they called their staff and informed me that there was nothing they could do and that they washed it this way. In addition, there were stains on the carpets due to the felt-tip pen with which they wrote the labels. They said that if I wanted to talk to the company owner, I had to call after 19:00 in the evening. In terms of finance, it does not provide invoices or receipts in return for the payment it receives. I was not satisfied with the company's style, incompetence in its work, indifference, or any of its delivery services.
