Paris Carpet Wash ruined my carpet

They brought back my carpet, which I had given to be washed during general cleaning, with stains and damaged edge seams. When I contacted and expressed my complaint, they said they would take care of it, but they did not care, did not keep their promises, and ruined the clean carpet.
