Papara parent approval

I bought a card for myself to become a Papara user and logged in. Since I am under the age of 18, I could not approve the parental approval in the identity confirmation tab because the camera of my parent's phone was broken. I would like to request that the parental approval be reset so that my parent can change, thank you.
