Orchid Oils Foamed and Overflowed on the Stove

My wife bought a 5 liter tin of Orchid sunflower oil and while frying, the oil foamed and overflowed from the pot onto the stove. I am 40 years old and this is the first time I have seen something like this. We shot a video saying "Did you put detergent instead of oil? He wouldn't believe us."
