The day the OPPO A 5 mobile TLF warranty I bought dated 01.19.2019 expired, lines appeared on the screen. After speaking to the oppo customer representative, he stated that the warranty of the phone had expired and that he could not help and could direct me to the technical service. My question is this. A new product in the Turkish market does not stand behind the product just because the 10-day warranty period has passed. I have no trust in such a company. This phone does not expire when the warranty expires. Why does it give such an error? It is as if it was done on purpose. As a customer, my phone is repaired free of charge by oppo because even if 3-5 months pass before the warranty expires. I would say okay, but I think a period of time like a week is optional.
