Nokia phone is broken immediately and I became a victim

I bought the Nokia 5 phone phone. It broke down after 2 weeks. I sent it to the authorized service. They issued an invoice under the pretext of the user error. They said my own sim card broke the phone. There is no place to reach this issue. I am waiting for an emergency solution.
