Morhipo sent the wrong product

They sent me a ridiculous sneaker instead of the sneakers I bought from morhipo about 10 days ago. There is neither a delivery note nor an invoice in the box. I am trying to reach customer service but there is no contact person.

I haven't received my Morhipo shopping for 18 days.

I shopped from Morhipo, I still haven't received it, they lost it, I think it's been 18 days and I'm still waiting. Hopefully they will send it if they are available.

Morhipo Constantly Victimizes

They sent defective products. Another time, they did not send the products even though the delivery date had passed. They constantly victimize. When we call customer service, they only give 10 TL as an apology. It would be better if they did a decent job instead of paying 10 TL.
