Metro Tourism is constantly malfunctioning and delayed

I traveled from Ankara to Istanbul with Metro Tourism. However, he moved late from Aşti. The bus failed on the road and waited for about 1 hour on the side of the highway. We completed the 5-6 hour road in about 8-9 hours. Every time there are delays in metro tourism.
