I bought my Dyson product 2 years ago from Izmit Media Markt store with an additional warranty. When the warranty period expired, I took the product to Media Markt with the additional insurance I had taken out because of the rapid battery drain and the noise in the tattoo apparatus. It was said that the product has been waiting for parts at the service for nearly 1 month. I got a call last week and they said the product wouldn't be available for this week. Today I called 08505324923 and said that the product had not yet been supplied by the supplier Dyson authorized service and for additional time approval. However, when asked how long it takes, 3 months or 5 months, they do not answer. They also say that if I don't wait, they can pay 7000 TL, which is the price of the product 2.5 years ago. The current price of the product is 25/30 thousand TL. Media Markt company's insurance articles need to be read carefully. Do not pay unnecessary extra money, the insurance is of no use, and the company cannot obtain batteries from the Dyson authorized service, so they want to silence me by paying 7000 TL, but I demand my product and I want either a refund of the insurance fee or a filter and battery.
