Goose Feather Duvets and Pillows Shed a Lot of Feathers

I purchased a goose down duvet and pillow from Madame Coco. However, the feathers are constantly falling out. The shed hairs scatter all over the body and disturb them while they sleep. I am waiting for a solution for this pillow and quilt that I bought very expensively.
