Two different pairs of Lumberjack brand waterproof boots that we bought from online caused them to fall (several times) due to slipping on the first day (in rainy weather). The store sent it for review. As a result, they came to the final decision that there was no slip. They did not alleviate our grievance. I will also send it to the consumer committee.
