No color and taste in lipton teas

We purchased tea with large size package Earl gray bergamot. We would get this tea because we normally liked it. However, this time the taste and color of the teas in the package we bought were almost non -existent. I bought a new package package. However, there was no taste and color at this time. I will never take it until Lipton tidy up.
