Hello,
My order number #KLS1000159959 Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream Product Code: 3605972453174 was not included in my cargo. I'm calling customer service, I've sent an email and still no response. When the camera footage is checked, it is said that the product is complete, KIEHL'S, which did the packaging, and unprofessional customer service who think they have found a solution to the problem by saying contact your cargo, we sent it in full, even though there is no sign of any damage or opening on the package...
It's a brand I use and have shopped with before, but this is the first time I've encountered such a problem.
