Even though they said they would transfer your internet to the address you want, whenever you want, free of charge, they now denied and demanded a fee of 190-odd ₺. They said that I have a 24-month commitment and if I wanted to close it, they wanted a fee of 240-odd ₺ as a withdrawal fee (even though they should not charge a withdrawal fee according to the court decision for commitments exceeding 12 months).
