I bought the Huawei Watch GT2 hour in December 2020. Although there was no 1 year, coloring in the cord cord occurred. When I called the customer service, they stated that the cord of the clock was not within the warranty, and I asked them to give a letter that they were out of warranty. They directed me to the authorized service. I sent the clock and the authorized person from the service said that the color of the cord was changed from the user error and demanded a fee for the cord to change. The reason for changing the color of the cord was that it was water touching. However, when the watch was sold, it was waterproof. It is not like that the waterproof clock is not within the warranty because it touches the water. Huawei must solve this problem and change the clock of the watch.
