I am using a Huawei P30 Pro phone. I replaced my broken rear cover at Ankara Red Crescent service on 24 December 2022. The cover price is 910 TL on the website 1433 TL in service Based on this, I registered a complaint and was told that a charger would be sent as part of my satisfaction. I asked the representative, "Will you send a suitable supercharge to my phone?" The answer was yes, we will send a supercharge compatible charger suitable for your phone. The product delivered is a standard fast charger. When I talk to the representative, they do not accept their mistakes and state that there is no supercharge on promotional products. They state that they will not compensate for the erroneous transaction. As you can see, 500 TL went to waste. The charger that came is unusable for me.
