The fan of the HP Pavilion ce3006NT model laptop, which I bought about a year ago, makes a noise like a car engine. There was noise when I bought it, and when I contacted the technical service, they informed me that the noise was too high in these models and that there was nothing to be done. Due to the pandemic, I tried to manage without dealing with technical service due to my work, but the sound has become unbearable. I expect them to find a solution to this problem urgently.
