Hepsiburada: I bought a phone from com. The phone has not been delivered for a long time. When I called, they said it would be delivered to 2-3 days. I went out with confidence. 1 hour later they came home and delivered to my wife. When I came home, I opened the package and the gelatins of the phone box were torn and the box was opened. They sent me an open box. I called the customer service I said I would return. They said that they would not accept a return because the cargo package was not opened while the cargo was delivered. They said that they will come after 3 days after 1 hour later they delivered the cargo when I was not at home. They also do not accept a return.
