Goodyear Eagle Sport Does Not Stay On Rainy, Wet Ground

I bought Goodyear eagle sport tires 1 year ago. However, these tires do not stay on rainy, wet surfaces. I've used Chinese brands that I don't even remember the name of, but I've never seen anything this bad. I am afraid to press the brakes while driving. Unfortunately, it is a product that does not suit Goodyear.
