Fuzul does not return our money

We became a member of Fuzul Ev. Then we gave up and called the customer representative for the return of the fee. The customer representative stalled us. Afterwards, they do not return the 1750 TL that we pay under the pretext that we entered the lottery. They tried to destroy all the responsibility on us. I will call my right to the end.
