Even though I did not give subscriber approval, I subscribed and an invoice was sent to me, I paid, I wanted to cancel the membership, it was said that the cancellation was made and an invoice was sent, it was said that no invoice would be received, but the invoice arrived, I called the customer representative and they said that you are still a subscriber, I request that it be taken care of, if it is taken care of, a voice recording and I will have to take legal action regarding the phone confirmation message I did not give, thank you in advance.
