Stay Away from Delta Service

Since I bought my Xiaomi Vacum Mop Pro Device, I have been experiencing problems such as not being able to return to the stand, trying to pass through walls, and finally deleting and forgetting the map. I took it to Media Markt ® where I bought it and uploaded the problem to the flash memory as proof. The software update for my device, which went to Istanbul Delta Service, was sent to me saying it was done. I said thank you and bought the device.
I installed the device and saw that they had not touched it. I sent it again after 10 minutes and took a video of the problems as proof. It is sent within 15 days saying maintenance has been done and the software has been updated. Since they tried the clean filter that I gave them before sending it when I first sent the device there, my device goes to them on January 3, I take it back on January 17. Since it was not done, I send it back to them again on January 17, even though the HEPA filter was clean and dirty when it first went. They would ask for money again, they are polluting and they tell me the filter is dirty and ask for money 300TL. The filter was 1 month old, in short, they gave me the reason for the dirt that I did not do. Thank you, it is not a big deal, but the main thing is that the device that was sent saying that it was done cannot clean the area we want, it deletes the map and wanders around every time we turn it on. I do all of this in contact with the Delta service. So far, I have shot and sent them 8 videos of the malfunction. I did everything they said and shot the videos, 8 videos with the serial number visible. They saw that it was faulty, and the last thing they said was incredible: try the device on another Wi-Fi, that is, go to another house and install it, try it, it was disconnecting from WiFi. If you were so knowledgeable, why didn't you understand? I sent you the device I sent you twice with the same problem, saying why was the software updated? I sent you proof.
Then, if you had changed the device connected to WiFi, I would have not bothered like this, and the issue has nothing to do with WiFi. Rest assured, I have recorded everything we talked about, including the HEPA filter and the device for you. You are trying to get money, I am writing this again, if you are buying a product, if it says Delta Service warranty, you should stay away. Since Adana Turgut Özal Media Markt sold defective goods, I will take it to the regional court after the Consumer Arbitration Committee because Delta Service made a false statement and said that the attempt to gain unfair profit was made by making a false statement. The evidence they will present here is just a screen shot of giving the command to clean in a room and cleaning being done, but the videos I will upload will be enough to complete their thesis.
